Galvanizing

The process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting. The most common method is hot-dip galvanizing, in which parts are submerged in a bath of molten zinc.

Toughness – the coating bonds metallurgically with the steel giving a much greater resistance to damage than other coatings.
Complete coverage – because it is dipped in molten zinc, all parts of the surfaces are coated – inside and out – including awkward corners and narrow gaps.

Three Way Protection – Hot Dip Galvanising protects in three ways.

It weathers at a slow rate giving a long and predictable life.
The coating sacrifices itself to any small areas exposed through drilling, cutting or accidental damage.
If large areas get damaged it prevents the sideways creep of rust.

Cantilever Gates

Cantilever gates are the ideal solution when a sliding gate is required but that no track rail is allowed across the ground of the opening. It operates like a counter balance effect. Always ensure to add 1/3 of the measurement of the opening when fabricating the gate to allow the cantilever to work.

Sliding Gates

Normally seen in commercial sites, automatic sliding gates are also suitable for domestic installations where space constraints may be an issue.They suit long, narrow sites where swing gates protrude into a road or the swing area may take up valuable car parking spaces or the driveway behind the gates is on a steep incline
Depending on the size and weight of the gates, a choice of hydraulic or mechanical operators will ensure that the installation of your automatic gate is trouble free.
